Export recall information

To export the recall information to an Excel document, follow these steps:

  1. On the Recall card page, on the action bar, select Export.
    The system displays a confirmation message.

  2. Select Yes.
    The system exports the recall information to a .xlsx file stored locally. The exported file includes three worksheets, you can view all inbound transactions on the Receipts worksheet, outbound transactions on the Shipments worksheet, and production transactions on the Transformations worksheet.

The data on the exported Excel document aligns with FSMA regulatory requirements.
