Variant in Sales and Purchase

Wine excise items can be purchased, sold, and stored based on their year of harvest as vintages. These excise items can be handled separately during administration. The other option is to use a single item for an excise item and the variants of that item as vintages. Each vintage has its own item variety. For example, you might have item variants like 2018, 2019, 2020, etc.

According to the setup, these vintages must automatically be added to the lines of sales and purchase documents like orders, quotes, invoices, and blanket orders.
