Print External Document

It is necessary to guide the delivery of Excise Goods with an official document. You can print the following external documents for outgoing goods movements.

  • Sales Shipment
  • Purchase Return Shipment
  • Transfer Shipment

Make sure you enter the Undersigned of the External Documents field on the Excise Duty Setup page before printing the External Documents.

You can print the External Documents using the following steps:

  1. Select the External Document on the External Documents page.
    The External Document page opens.
  2. Choose Print
