Copy Released Production Order

When you use the Copy Prod. Order Document function, a recalculation of the excise date is carried out because a change in the excise data (tariff group versions, customs licenses, and more) is possible. Also, the related excise data is recalculated based on the date with respect to the tariff group version and item, customs license, and other beverage data.

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Released Production Order, and then choose the related link.
    The Released Production Order page opens.
  2. Choose New.
  3. On the action bar, go to Actions > Functions > Copy Prod. Order Document.
    The Copy Production Order Document page opens.
  4. Select the Status from the dropdown menu.
  5. Choose the Document No. from the Production Order list.
  6. Enable the Include Header toggle if you want to copy the header from the selected released production order.
    The information is copied from the released production order.
  7. On the Lines FastTab, go to Line > Excise Duty > Excise Data.
    The Excise Lines page opens and shows the related excise data.
  8. On the Lines FastTab, go to Line > Components.
    The Prod. Order Components page opens.
  9. On the action bar, go to Line > Excise > Excise Data.
    The Excise Lines page opens and shows the related excise data


This works in a similar way on all kinds of production orders.
