Change Status for Production Orders

When you use the Change Status function for a production document with the Simulated, Planned or Firmed Planned status:
- The underlying structure is deleted for the original production document.
- The underlying structure is re-created for the new production document.
When you use the Change Status function to change the status for a planned production order to a released production order, follow the below steps:
- Select the Search icon
, enter Planned Production Order, and then choose the related link.
The Planned Production Order page opens. - Select the Item in the Source No. dropdown menu.
- Enter the Quantity.
- On the action bar, go to Actions > Functions > Refresh Production Order.
The Refresh Production Order page opens. - Choose OK.
- On the action bar, go to Actions > Functions > Change Status.
A dialog confirms whether you want to change the status of the Production Order. - Select the New Status that you want to change. For example, select the New Status as Released.
- Choose Yes.
- Select the Search icon
, enter Released Production Orders, and then choose the related link.
The Released Production Orders page opens. - Select the Released Production Order for which the status is changed.
The Released Production Order page opens. - On the Lines FastTab, go to Line > Excise Duty > Excise Data.
The Excise Lines page opens and shows the related excise data for the particular production order line. - On the Lines FastTab, go to Line > Components.
The Prod. Order Components page opens and the components of the Item are visible. - On the action bar, go to Line > Excise Data to view the excise data for an excise item.
