Features

With this feature release of the Aptean Essentials extension, you can configure the posting date and default posting option for both inbound and outbound documents.

UI/UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

• The Shipping Agent Code and Ship Agent Service Code fields are added to the following documents:

  • Purchase Invoice
  • Purchase Credit Memo
  • Posted Warehouse Receipts
  • Posted Purchase Invoice
  • Posted Purchase Receipt
  • Vendor Card
  • Warehouse Receipt

• The fields added in the purchase section share the same functionality as those in sales documents. You can define these fields in the vendor card, and they will automatically populate in associated purchase documents. You can modify these values as needed. Additionally, the field values also flow to the associated posted documents.
• When you modify the value in the warehouse receipt document, the updated value flows to the associated purchase order once the receipt is posted.

• The Shipping Method Code field is added to the Warehouse Receipts and Posted Warehouse Receipts.
