Once all necessary setup has been completed, the Aptean EDI solution can be used to manage the transfer of data to and from an organization’s trading partners. Aptean EDI can be largely automated, requiring minimal activity on the part of the user to process EDI transactions. There are, however, some transactions, such as change acknowledgements and inventory inquiries, which will always require manual triggering.
