Setting up fiscal representatives

In case of exporting outside the EU, the person representing the consignor at the office of export should be included in messages to EMCS. This person is the Fiscal Representative in Aptean Beverage Customs Document Management.

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Fiscal Rep./Expeditor, and then choose the related link.
  2. On the Fiscal Rep./Expeditor page, choose the New action.
  3. Proceed to fill fields as necessary. Hover over a field to read a short description.

Fiscal Representatives can be selected on the Customs Document Management FastTab of the customer card and the ship-to address card. The Fiscal Representative field on Customs Documents gets it value by default from that customer or ship-to address.
