Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Beverage Customs Document Management extension, Drink-IT Edition,

  • The Customs Document Management Setup page has been optimized by rearranging the FastTabs for user operability.

  • You can set up the IE815 messages for sales documents on the Customs Document Management Setup page.

  • You can view the following fields on the Print e-AD report when executing the Print e-AD Document action on the Customs Document page:

    • Date/Time of Dispatch (Fields 1e/1f)

    • Date of Dispatch (Field 9e)

    • Time of Dispatch (Field 9f)

    • The Tax Office Code is printed instead of the selected Tax Office (Fields 4/8/10).
      Additionally, multiple item lines (Fields 17/17.1) are printed, including line details such as quantity, net weight, gross weight, and indication fiscal mark used.

  • You can receive the following messages:

    • IE704 – Generic Refusal Message
    • IE802 – Reminder Message
    • IE803 – Notification of Diverted e-AD / e-SAD
    • IE807 – Interruption of Movement
    • IE813 – Change of Destination

    • IE917 – Negative Acknowledgement of XML Receipt

UI/UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

  • The Sales Documents FastTab has been added to the Customs Document Management Setup page.

  • The Transfer Documents FastTab has been moved below the Purchase Documents FastTab on the Customs Document Management Setup page.

  • The IE815 Message FastTab has been moved below the Transfer Documents FastTab on the Customs Document Management Setup page.

  • The folloing FastTabs have been added to the Customs Document card page.

    • Delay/Interruption
    • Event Report
    • Alert/Rejection
    • Delivery
    • Receipt

  • The following fields have been added to the Print e-AD Document report

    • Date/Time of Dispatch (Fields 1e/1f)
