Issues with Customs Documents for Warehouse Shipments
Why
- When you created a Sales Order for a Customer with a Fiscal Representative:
- The Order had the correct EMCS Destination (Fisc. Rep.)
- When you created a Warehouse Shipment from that order:
- The Warehouse Shipment line had the correct EMCS Destination (Fisc. Rep.)
- But when you created the Customs Document from that Warehouse Shipment:
- When the Customer has a Destination Type, the Customs Document inherits it
- The Consignee fields did not come from the Fiscal Representative.
- The delivery Place fields did not come from the Fiscal Representative.
- The Transport Unit and the Transport Identity did not come from the Route
- When the Customer has a Destination Type, the Customs Document inherits it
How
- In a Sales Line, you can see that the line is EMCS Mandatory when at least one connected Document Tax Line has EMCS Mandatory
- The field is by default hidden, but the user can add it with Personalize.
- In a Warehouse Shipment Lines, you can see that the line is EMCS Mandatory. The value is in sync with the Source Line.
- The field is by default hidden, but the user can add it with Personalize.
- When you create Customs Documents from a Warehouse Shipment:
- The Document is only created for lines where EMCS Mandatory is TRUE.
- If an EMCS Destination (warehouse shipment lines) has no lines with EMCS Mandatory the customs document will not be created.

IE815 messages should only be auto created for order and shipment when at least one line in the document is EMCS Mandatory
Why
When a Customs Document should be auto-created from a sales order or a sales shipment , the system did this also for transactions that did not include an EMCS mandatory line.
How
Customs Documents are now only auto-created when at least one line in a transaction is mandatory to report to EMCS. .

Add Quantity and other missing fields to Customs Document (Lines) variables for Word Layouts
Why
When you create or maintain a Word Custom Report layout for a Customs Document, you want to have all information from that document available in the XML Mapping Pane in Word.
How
In the Word Layout, these fields are added as available in the Word XML Mapping Pane:
- Number of Packages
- EMCS Unit
- Other Information
- Source Line Quantity (Base)
- Obs. Shortage or Excess
- Quantity
- Size of the Producer

Sales Order has EMCS Notification while the Customer is not allowed for Sending IE815 on Sales Order.
Why
It could happen that on a sales order for a Customer with Allow Send IE815 on Sales Order=FALSE the system still created a Customs Document on the release of the order.
How
This bug has been fixed.

Why
When you posted a sales order without EMCS obligations, the system could give a non-blocking error.

Leave the Delivery Place fields blank when the Destination Type = 2-Registered consigne
Why
- When the consignee is a Registered consignee, it is not necessary to fill the Delivery Place fields.
- In the message, the Delivery Place Language Code should not be included in the .xml when [blank]
How
The problem is solved in the Azure Functions that are used for the communication with the government.

What
When an EMCS E815 message with Destination Type = 6-Export was created, the Delivery Place Customs Office of the Fiscal Representative was not included in the message. The Delivery Place Language was included in the message but that is not correct. Both issues are solved.
