Set up call plans with responsibility centers

The responsibility centers allows you to create personalized call plans for vendor or order addresses. When responsibility centers do not have assigned call plan setup, the generated call plan lines will be populated from the Purchase Call Plan Setup page or settings specific to the Responsibility Centre Card page.   1. Open the Responsibility Centers list page.
    The system displays a list of responsibility centers assigned to the vendors.
  2. Select the desired code.
    The Responsibility Center Card page opens.
  3. On the action bar, select Related > Purchase Call Plan Setup.
    The Purchase Call Plan Setup page opens.
  4. Enter the required details.

This ensures customized call plans for vendors or order addresses.

Generate call plan lines with responsibility centers

You can generate call plan lines for vendors based on the associated responsibility center. This allows for specific call plan setup to be applied.

  1. Open the Purchase Call Plan Worksheet page.
  2. On the action bar, select Generate Call Plan Lines.
    The Generate Call Plan page opens.
  3. On the Generate Call Plan page, select the required responsibility center on the Filter: Vendor FastTab.

The system will generate call plan lines specifically tailored to vendors associated with the selected responsibility center. If there is no responsibility center assigned to the vendor, the call plan line values are populated from the Purchase Call Plan Setup page.
