Last creation date

The Last Creation Date field is visible on the Customer Call Plan Setup page next to the Frequency field on the Call Plan Structure FastTab.

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Customers, and then choose the related link.
    The Customers list page opens.
  2. On the action bar, select More Actions > Related > Customer > Call Plan Setup.
    The Customer Call Plan Setup page opens. Alternatively, on the action bar, select More Actions > Related > Customer > Ship-to Addresses.
    a. Select the desired value in the Code field.
    The Ship-to Addresses page for the selected code opens.
    b. On the action bar, select Related > Call Plan Setup.
    The Customer Call Plan Setup page for the selected customer opens.
  3. On the Call Plan Structure FastTab, the Last Creation Date field is visible.
    It specifies the date on which the previous call plan record was created.
    This value is inherited from the Sales Call Plan Worksheet page based on the entry created.
