Reset Synchronization Status

If the synchronization goes wrong, for any reason, the Synchronization Status still displays Synchronizing. You can change this status back to blank. This ensures the specified table gets synchronized the next time the synchronization is started.

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Aptean BI Setup, and then choose the related link.
  2. Enter the Automatic synchronization status reset after (mins) field with the number of minutes after which you want the status to be reset to blank.


There is no set time interval, but it is recommended to keep a minimum gap (e.g., 45 minutes) to ensure successful synchronization for large data tables.
When the Synchronization Status keeps displaying Synchronizing after the entered amount of time, and the user synchronizes the tables, the displayed status reverts to blank i.e., the initial status.


Please be aware that when the synchronization is running, and the status resets, the synchronization still keeps running.
