Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Beverage Advanced Sales Management extension, you can define how the items and item categories are to be sorted. The sorting method order is automatically inherited based on the configuration from the Advanced Sales Management Setup page. However, you can modify the order on the Order Entry page using the Display Order and Sequence Item Category options in the Sorting Method field. Additionally, the Sequence Item Category field value is inherited from the Item Categories page. The Sorting On Sequence Order Entry and Reset Sorting actions sort and reset the order of the entries on the Item Categories page.

UI/UX Changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

  • The Sorting On Sequence Order Entry and Reset Sorting actions have been added to the Item Categories page.
  • The Sequence Order Entry field has been added to the Item Categories page.
  • The Display Order and Sequence Item Category fields have been added to the quick entry lines of the Order Entry page.
  • The Display Order and Sequence Item Category options have been added to the Sorting Method field on the Options FastTab of the Order Entry page.
  • The Display Order and Sequence Item Category options have been added to the Default Order Entry Sorting Method field on the Order Entry FastTab of the Advanced Sales Management Setup page.

Resolved issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release.

226890 The system incorrectly displayes the charges and discounts for items on the Sales and Purchase Condition Rules List page upon executing the View Promotions action on the Order Entry page.
227032 The system incorrectly filters and displays all the rules in the Condition Alerts field on the Quick Entry FastTab of the Order Entry page, even when only the filter is set to display the promotion type condition alerts for a selected customer.
226274 An error occurs upon executing the Preview Posting action on the Sales Order page when the order is not released.
229905 The system incorrectly calculates and updated the Total Unit Price and Total Line Amount fields on the Order Entry page. Additionally, these fields are also not updated from the associated sales order upon executing the Apply Changes action.
