Setting up the default OWM Settings

In this part of the setup, you can setup the general default settings to be used on the handheld devices throughout your company. To accommodate you in setting up all Basic OWM Settings a setup tool is provided.

Select the Search icon , enter Company Settings (OWM) and then choose the related link.
Select the Configure Online Warehouse Management action, to start the Configuration Tool which will guide you through the OWM Settings.
Fill in all fields as necessary. Hover over a field to read a the tooltip.
When using License Plating, select the option Advanced Online Warehouse Management.

In the OWM Configuration Tool:

The customer needs to grant consent to use Oauth to connect to the NORRIQ control center.

An admin account needs to set the status of the Jobqueue to Ready.

Use a unique Company ID, this Company ID will also be used in the NORRIQ Control Center, in combination with the OWM Codeunit Web Service result.

Best Practice when starting using OWM about the Enable Debug is to enable this.
