OWM Activity List

Every document on the scanning device has one Activity List (OWM) entry. These entries in the Activity List (OWM) are created on the moment we create the document in Business Central or we create a document on the scanning device, such as an Ad Hoc Movement or a License Plate Info. For not direct registering or not direct posting documents, the OWM Entries keep track of all scanned information on such documents.

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Activity List (OWM), and then choose the related link.
  2. Check the information in the different fields.
    As statuses:
  • Released: Ready to scan
  • In Progress: Open on a scanning device
  • Completing: Completed on a scanning device and processing the data
  • Completed: The data is processed
  • Posted: The data is registered or posted
  • Error: An error occurred when completing or posting
  1. Check the actions to change statuses.
  2. Check the Edit List action, you are able to change, not add, information in the OWM Entries for not direct registering or not direct posting documents (E.g.: Warehouse Receipt).
