What

AOW - Put-Away and Bulk Put-Away - Enable filtering on the second header line

Why

* Route Load List

For these modules, the last filter per OWM User is always stored.

How

* When the Document Filter Format field is empty, you are not able to filter on the document list.
* Best practice is to keep the Document Header Format identical to the Document Filter Format. If necessary, when you want to add extra fields to filter on, add those at the end of the string.

Flows on scanner, depending on setup in Default User Filter List
To immediately recognize filtering in a document list use lead signs:

  • No lead sign: No filtering on the list
  • Lead Sign *: The list is filtered on your last filter
  • Lead Sign #: The list is filtered on your default filter
  • Lead Signs #*: The list is filtered on your default filter AND your last filter

When closing a document list and reopening the list again, the list will be filtered to the last filter of the OWM User.

We have settings for 3 different flows for an OWM User, these are determined in the Default User Filter Page.

  • No line for the OWM user

  • The user is able to see the full list

  • When opening the document list for the first time the document list is unfiltered

  • By entering a string in the Input Field on the scanner:

  • The lead sign will become *

  • When only 1 document is found, this document will open immediately on the scanner

  • When entering a * in the Input field on the scanner, the list is unfiltered again.

  • A line with a Search String is entered and Default Locked is disabled for the OWM user

  • The user is able to see a filtered list, or filtered on the Search String, or on his last filter.

  • When opening the document list for the first time the document list is filtered to the search string, lead sign #.

  • By entering a string in the Input Field on the scanner:

  • The document list will be filtered to this filter.

  • The lead sign will become *

  • When only 1 document is found, this document will open immediately on the scanner

  • When entering a * in the Input field on the scanner, the list is filtered again to the search string, the lead sign will become #.

  • A line with a Search String is entered and Default Locked is enabled for the OWM user

  • The user is able to see a filtered list, within this filter he filter additionally.
