Features

With this release of the Aptean Warehouse Management extension, you can:

• Ensure that accurate packaging records are maintained for all inbound activities while offering flexibility to modify packaging details or enter new packaging type as needed. For outbound transactions, packaging types are added automatically, and you can modify or enter new packaging type as required. To know more, see Integration with Aptean Packaging.
• Use the calculated expiration date of the item and item attribute based on the configuration of the Expiration Setup page. Additionally, the system automatically suggests the lot number by considering the expiration date of the item during the pick activity. To know more, see Integration with Aptean Expiration Management.
• Exclude the lots marked with a blocked inspection status in relevant documents, such as sales, transfer, or production orders. These lots are automatically skipped during picking operations. To know more, see Integration with Aptean Inspection Status.

UI/UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

• The Validate Expiration Date validator for the Warehouse Receipt module type has been added to the Module Validation page.

• The Expiration Date validator for the Direct Put-Away module type has been added to the Module Validation page.

  
  When performing receive and direct put-away activities with the Aptean Lot Management extension installed, make sure to add the Vendor Lot No. and Production Date validators on the previous lines.

• The Packaging Type option has been added to the Option Selector field on the Request Form (WMS) page.

• The PackagingQuantity post-back field name has been added to the Additional Fields page.
