Features
With this release of the Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration extension,
- The system sets the default output quantity in the Aptean Mobile Warehouse app based on the item and the production scenario configuration. To know more, see Set up production scenarios. Additionally, the system ensures that the production processes adhere to planned quantities and avoid overproduction based on the Restrict Default Output Qty. description on the Mobile Profile Setup page. For more information, see Default output quantity in production.
- The Aptean Mobile Warehouse app automatically detects the “00” identifier at the beginning of the scanned barcode and verifies that the subsequent digits correspond to a license plate number. This enables the system to identify license plates within EAN barcodes containing the “00” prefix, allowing you to access complete license plate details during scanning.
- You can view the consumed quantity and flushing method of items in the BOM associated with the Production screen within the Aptean Mobile Warehouse app. For more information, see Access BOM in production.
Enhancements/Modifications
With this release of the Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration extension, the system will prompt you to scan the shipping unit code on the Pick screen, only when the Default Packaging page for the item is set up with the packaging code that has the shipping type as Shipping Unit. This functionality works independently of the configuration in the Require Shipping Unit Registration field on the relevant Customer SSCC Setup page.
UI/UX changes
The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.
- The Consumed Qty and Flushing Method fields have been added to the BOM associated with the Production screen.
- The Restrict Default Output Qty. description has been added to the Mobile Profile Setup page.
The Page field must be set as PRODUCTION to view the description.
