By setting up inbound and outbound blocks on the Logistics Statuses page, you can block certain movements and adjustments.

The fields used to set up blocks correspond to the same fields in the warehouse entries. To block a specific warehouse entry from being processe, you can use the values in the Entry Type, Whse. Document Type, and Reference Document fields to restrict these movements and adjustments.

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Logistics Statuses and then choose the related link.
  2. Select the value in the Inbound Blocks or Outbound Blocks field.
The Logistics Status Block Rules page opens.
  3. On the Logistics Status Block Rules page, create lines and fill in fields as necessary. Hover over a field to read the tooltip.

To prevent picked items from being moved out of shipping bins, we recommend adding the following line to theLogistics Status Block Rules page linked to the Logistics statuses page assigned to the shipping bins.
